Probation terminated letter

'Probationary' employment is the initial period of an employee’s employment during which his/her performance and suitability for the position are assessed. If the employee is not suitable for the position then his/her employment can, in most cases, be terminated with the minimum statutory period of notice (one week’s notice or payment in lieu).
