New website for HR
documentation
The publisher of WorkplaceInfo,
Australian Business Pty Ltd, in association with Australian Business Lawyers, has
produced a new website,
HR Advance,
to provide sample documentation that is
consistent with WorkChoices and subsequent legislation. The input of lawyers was
considered important as federal law emphasises the roles of individual
employers and employees rather than referring to awards as the important
