Employers express concerns and some support for OHS harmonisation

According to submissions made to Safe Work Australia by Ai Group, ACCI and the NSW Business Chamber, the employer representatives are variously concerned that the draft model Work Health and Safety Regulations and Codes of Practice may impose a regulatory burden that is not offset by national consistency, and that the documents may not be ‘user friendly’.
