Unreasonable punitive action caused psychological symptoms


A worker is eligible for workers compensation for her psychological symptoms because her employer unreasonably subjected her to ‘punitive’ action even though no formal disciplinary process had been initiated, the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission has found.
