Worker ‘endlessly’ disciplined for misconduct, agreement breached


A worker, who alleged that her employer was conspiring to get rid of her (following an investigation into a complaint of bullying made against her), has been awarded $30,000 in compensation by Fair Work Australia, which found the relevant terms of the agreement had not been applied to her.
