Bullying victim awarded over $500k by NSW District Court


A bar worker, who threatened the life of her supervisor in a moment of passion, has been awarded over $500,000 in damages by the NSW District Court, which found she had developed a severe psychological condition as a result of being subjected to her supervisor’s ‘sustained’ and ‘concerted’ campaign of bullying and threats.
