Policy flexibility for employer to change allowances, etc, stalls agreement
Fair Work Australia has required changes in a proposed agreement to remove a provision that would have allowed an employer to unilaterally change the content of an HR manual to reduce employees' entitlements to allowances and public holiday pay rates.
